I love Oceanworks! Great service, friendly people, great communication, and I've always been happy with the work. When my SIL gave me her 2008 Honda, the AC wasn't working. Oceanworks dyed the coolant and laid a trap for the leak: smart thinking! Thanks Gus and the whole team, will be coming back!

I contacted Ocean work for some minor repairs. They were able to get me in right away. Take care of the repairs in a reasonable time and charge me a reasonable amount. Im very happy with the service.

They probably do good work, but their customer service is horrible. I made an online appointment for my 2019 Nissan Leaf, then they confirmed and cancelled within 15 minutes. Gave me a number to call, and I did, they didn't answer it went to voicemail, I left a message, and no one ever returned my call. I had to call a different number, and they admitted they booked the appointment and then cancelled it because they were "too busy" , why book it in the first place? Again, they might do good work, but I will never know.

This is our first time working with Oceanworks. Everyone was extremely helpful and well informed. I feel that the staff was on our side, coming up with very helpful suggestions.. Now we have a first-hand experience which echoes all the great reviews I've read. Oceanworks is a definite 5 star rating!
