It was my first time calling on Oceanworks to work on a new (used) vehicle I recently purchased. They were extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond the/my expectations! I'm from small towns-ville, and they actually gave me hope that truly helpful and concerned auto shops still exist.. especially in a place like the Bay Area, where the cost of living is so high you can expect people to pay whatever they need to to have work done, no problem. But, for me, someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, it's amazing I found a shop that appears to help you out no matter what. I am grateful for the effort and the thought that went in to my situation. Thank you!

Ocean Works always gets me in right away-dropping off and picking up my vehicle is quick and efficient. The communication about work needed was timely and they didn't process it until with the extra until they heard back from me. Highly recommend!

I don’t know how they have such good reviews. Dealing with them has been a series of delays and problems and SUCH high costs. Today I was supposed to finally get my car back after them having it for five days just to fix the heater (estimated $1500-2000), and then in the afternoon they said Subaru has sent them the wrong part so now they won’t have my car done by the weekend. It’s been such a joke. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend

I cant say enough good things about this shop! I was recommended by a friend here, and this shop did not disappoint! The team here is incredibly helpful, detailed, and polite from start to finish. They take the time to explain everything clearly, never rush the process, and always make sure you understand whats being done and why. Its rare to find a mechanic thats this honest and thorough. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional service! I will continue to bring my car here for future work.

Super professional, helpful, and easy to work with! Brought my car in when I couldn't diagnose the specific problem myself (after a series of battery/alternator troubles). Quoted me for an hour of work, but ended up not taking long for them to test and find the issue, and they charged me for only 30 minutes! Decided on fixing the rest myself, and my baby works perfectly now!
