I would give 6 stars if I could! I'm not a car guy. Never have been. I had been having some issues with my 2018 Nissan Versa regarding the check engine and slip indicator lights being on due to a possible air flow sensor issue. I called Oceanworks at 4pm on a Monday and tried explaining things, and Bob helped me understand everything the best way that he could. He then said that if I came by they would help me perform a reading to see what's going on. When I arrived, they checked the codes, and explained everything in perfect detail as to what may need to be done, regarding replacing any parts if necessary and cleaning the trottle. They were honest about what the results would be and the possibility of it needing a computer restart with the dealership as well if the lights came back on. I was so grateful for their professionalism and honesty. I booked my appointment immediately for early morning the following Wednesday, and they helped by cleaning the trottle chamber, and resetting the codes. They allowed me to wait for the work to be finished (in under an hour!) and they explained exactly what procedures were taken. I've never felt so at ease with car maintenance, and I felt so much respect for all of the staff that assisted me. Thank you Oceanworks!
