I got 4 bids for servicing my 2004 Toyota Highlander's transfer case. Their bid was competitive and Brian at Oceanworks was very professional. He explained everything at the right level of detail and gave different options along with his recommendations. The Highlander is driving great and I am very happy with my choice.

I have a Toyota Camry which is approaching 200,000 miles and is still in good shape. The front desk people are not only pleasant to deal with, they really understand cars!

Called to make an appointment just now because the wrench light is on. The line was busy so I was put on hold and transferred to a technician. To my surprise, after he inquired about the vehicle info, he told me that the light only indicate for oil change and there is no need to maintenance unless I want one. The other two auto shops I called said they will need around 1.5 - 2 hrs and follow Scion's maintenance guidelines. I want to sincerely thank the staff for the expertise and the honesty. I will definitely come back if I ever need auto service.
