Chris had to order a part and he called me to keep me updated on it's arrival once he found out it was delayed. He also came up with a solution that allowed me to drive the car while the part was on order so that I didn't have to rent a car. Once the part came in, they were able to fix it while I waited. Great customer service! I would definitely go back!

Chris and Andy were very helpful and informative. This is my third time taking my car to get serviced at Oceanworks Berkeley. They answered all my questions and provided great service. I had issues with passing Smog. I took my car to the dealer for a quote. Andy and Chris provided a better quote and better customer service. I didn't anticipate all theses issues or realize how much labor would be required. They fixed my catalytic converter and spark plugs in a reasonable time. I recommend their service and will be going back to them.

They're highly competent; detail-oriented (their Honda guy made note of several things I should pay attention to that the dealer never mentioned); honest (they never try to push you to do any extra work and they always help you prioritize within your budget if that's what you need); and their attitude toward service and their customers is beyond anything I've ever experienced anywhere else. I adore them and I will never take my car anywhere else. (When I had a domestic, I took it next door to Oceanworks Berkeley, so I've been hooked on them for years.)
