I had a warranty issue with the master fan and Chris and crew took care of it in one morning and there was no charge even though they did this work four months ago. Great service!

Had a great experience with this shop after getting no satisfaction, & potentially ripped off, by Michael Stead Ford dealer in Walnut Creek. Thanks so much, Chris, for your exceptionally prompt & accurate service, replacing the right headlight on my Milano. While Stead told me I needed to replace the 'entire light assembly' for about $700+, Oceanworks simply replaced the bulb for about $170. That was mostly labor. I'd rather pay for the actual labor than for a pricey Ford part I didn't even need. Honesty is everything to me. Chris rocks it as a super-nice person too!
