I have been a customer at Oceanworks for over 30 years - first at Oceanworks (now Oceanworks I) with my Hondas and Toyotas, and now at Oceanworks Berkeley with my Subaru. I have NEVER had any problems with the work done or the timeliness of the work or the quality. My cars have had long lives because of the great workmanship of the mechanics at Oceanworks. I recommend them hands down!

Chris is such a great guy and so patient. I made an appointment, then cancelled it, then called again and made another appointment. He didn't appear irritated, was so helpful. Great experience. He called when he found out what was wrong, then called again when his mechanic found something else. No hidden charges.

Brooks said this business did not have a clear nighttime drop off system. There was envelope or instructions to leave the keys. However, the gentleman he dealt with looked for a special part for him and went the extra mile to find it, which he appreciated.
