I have a Town and Country minivan purchased from Michael Steads Chrysler and Jeep dealership in Richmond. When the battery was replaced the radio,cd player and back up camera stopped working . I went to the dealership for help. They checked the fuses and they were okay. They told me the entire system needed to be replaced because AAA did something wrong during the battery change. The part was around $1200 plus labor. I was shocked and I couldn't possibly afford it. I asked a number of auto repair people if they had ever heard of this and no one had. At the advice of Bill at Mobility Systems I went to Oceanworks II .Chris spent time researching solutions and hour later he simply removed the battery and installed it again.PROBLEM SOLVED! Chris was so kind and so helpful and I left with an enormous smile on my face. The people at Oceanworks II are awesome and ethical, something I can't say about Michael Stead's dealership.

Chris is such a great guy and so patient. I made an appointment, then cancelled it, then called again and made another appointment. He didn't appear irritated, was so helpful. Great experience. He called when he found out what was wrong, then called again when his mechanic found something else. No hidden charges.

Brooks said this business did not have a clear nighttime drop off system. There was envelope or instructions to leave the keys. However, the gentleman he dealt with looked for a special part for him and went the extra mile to find it, which he appreciated.
