This was my first time to Oceanworks for a 60k service on my Toyota Camry Hybrid. I called several other shops and was impressed with their reasonable pricing and friendly customer service (Shelby). They fit me in right away working around my schedule. When I dropped it off, I felt like it was a 'family' environment. I asked for an additional service and was quoted an estimate. When they discovered the additional work would cost more they called me first, explained the work required, and I held off. I came back around lunch and had a long conversation with the owner, Brian, who was super informative. I found out that their service techs have been there for over 25 years - that is amazing! They only service Japanese cars. I am not a customer for life! Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service!!!
